Whistleblower Memo - ICE Warrantless Entry
According to the American Immigration Lawyers Association and based upon the Anonymous Whistleblower Disclosure provided by Associated Press, Whistleblower Aid, representing anonymous US Officials, disclosed to the Senate an ICE policy directive that has not been released that allows agents to enter residences to arrest and remove individuals without consent or a warrant issued by a federal judge. The memo text is included as an exhibit.
