About Mediation

MEDIATION: consensus facilitated by a trusted neutral person. (Michael Leathes)

Once your case goes to court, you lose. You lose control of the time spent dealing with your case. You lose control of what is presented to the judge (or jury). You lose control over the result. Most of all, you lose control of the costs!

Mediation is a reasonable - and reasonably priced - alternative for business disputes.

  • Mediation is non-adversarial, voluntary,  and confidential.
  •  You don't argue your case, you have a discussion.
  • You control the conversation, the outcome, and the amount of money you have to spend to resolve your dispute.
  •  You work with an impartial mediator, who will assist everyone involved in exploring resolutions to fit your unique situation.
  • You don’t have to wait for a lawsuit to go to mediation, you can do it whenever it is convenient.

Over the past 12 years, I have had the honor of mediating hundreds of disputes and have trained hundreds of mediators.  Each session is unique and deserves time and respect to help mediating parties communicate effectively to come up with results that work for everyone involved. If you need an issue resolved, I am here to help walk you through it.

Let me help you stay in control of your business decisions and business costs.

Two-hour, half-day, and full-day mediation sessions are available.
